Seasonal Form respects the information you choose to share with me. This Privacy Policy explains what information I collect through seasonalform.com, how I use it, and the services that may process it on my behalf.
Seasonal Form does not sell or rent your personal information.
Information I Collect
When you complete a Direction Request form on this website, send an inquiry, or otherwise contact Seasonal Form, you may provide information such as:
- Your name, email address, and business location
- Your business, studio, or practice name
- Your website, portfolio, or social media information
- Information about your practice, including the type of work you do, your goals, timing, and business circumstances
- Other information you choose to include in the Direction Request form
If we work together, additional information needed for agreements, scheduling, the strategy session, invoicing, and payment may be collected through the services used to manage the engagement. This includes the name and email address of anyone attending the strategy session with you.
Strategy sessions are not recorded.
How Your Information Is Used
Information you provide is used to:
- Review your Direction Request form
- Determine whether Seasonal Direction or Positioning Direction may be a good fit
- Respond to you directly
- Prepare for and carry out an engagement with Seasonal Form
- Manage scheduling, agreements, invoicing, and payment
- Maintain reasonable business and administrative records
Your information is not used to build advertising audiences or sold to third parties.
Forms
Seasonal Form uses online forms to collect information you intentionally submit.
The information in a Direction Request form is used to understand your practice and determine whether there is a useful basis for working together. Completing one does not create a client relationship or obligate either of us to proceed.
If we work together, a separate Strategy Intake is sent after payment clears. It is private, it is not published on this website, and it is used only to prepare your Direction.
Please do not submit confidential information that is not necessary for evaluating the potential engagement.
Third-Party Services
Seasonal Form relies on a small number of third-party services to operate the website and manage engagements. Those providers may process information as necessary to provide their services.
These currently include:
- Auto Form Builder — inquiry and request forms on seasonalform.com
- Zoho Corporation — the platform used to manage an engagement, including email correspondence, client agreements and electronic signature, the Strategy Intake, scheduling and appointment booking, video sessions, invoicing, and payment processing
- Bluehost and WordPress — website hosting and website operation
If you contact Seasonal Form through Instagram or LinkedIn, that correspondence is held by the platform you used, under its own privacy practices.
Each provider handles information according to its own privacy practices and terms. Seasonal Form may change the services it uses and will update this policy when it does.
Payments
Seasonal Form does not receive or store your complete payment card or bank account information.
When payment is required, an invoice is issued through Zoho Books and paid through Zoho Payments. Card and bank details are entered directly with the payment provider, and that provider’s own privacy and security practices apply to the information processed through its system.
Seasonal Form retains the invoice record itself — your name, business name, billing address, the amount, and the payment status — as part of its ordinary business and tax records.
Website Data and Cookies
seasonalform.com runs on WordPress, hosted by Bluehost. Like any website, the hosting infrastructure records standard server logs — browser type, device information, IP address, and the pages requested — used to operate, secure, and maintain the site.
Seasonal Form does not use analytics software, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this website. Your visit is not measured, profiled, or used to build advertising audiences.
The site does not set cookies for ordinary visitors.
How Long Information Is Kept
Seasonal Form keeps information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, for ongoing business records, or where retention is required for administrative, tax, contractual, or legal reasons.
Direction Request form information from people who do not become clients may also be periodically deleted when it is no longer useful or necessary.
Your Choices
You may contact Seasonal Form to:
- Ask what personal information I hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of information that I am not required to retain
- Ask a question about how your information is being used
